Pricing and Payment

Yes. Our online payment system uses of Stripe, which is one of the world's largest online payment processors. No critical credit card information is stored on our servers and all communication is encrypted with an SSL certificate.

We accept all major credit cards as well as cash.

Your credit card will only be charged following the delivery of the services that you had requested.

Your Appointment

Most of our staff work on holidays. In the unlikely event that no one will be available to service your property, you will be notified several weeks in advance. We'll work with you to develop alternate time for that day.

General

You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of an appointment cancellation of rescheduling otherwise the amount of the appointment will be payable to Landscaping Plus.

Prior to hiring, all of our staff undergo multiple rounds of interviews, a background check, and a criminal record check.

Trust and Safety

Yes, all of our employees are bonded. In addition, we carry one million dollars of general liability insurance, which covers us for such things as accidental damage, fire, and theft.
